2. Treasurer’s Report
- Join It:
- 3 payments processed.
- Annual fees discussed.
- Reimbursement to Chris Baker’s personal account noted.
- Negotiated a further 10% fee reduction with Join It.
- Consumer Affairs Victoria (CAV):
- Will provide clarification on club obligations for current and previous financial years.
3. Temporary Membership Policy Discussion
- Members invited to provide input.
- Committee agreed this is a fantastic benefit
- A question was asked if the Temporary Membership will be applicable for this upcoming trip but It was agreed that we cannot vote on policy until All Terrain Action provides the club with a contract regarding member referrals
- A question was asked if there was a lot of interest in temporary memberships, Secretary was unsure of the answer and the VP was having some connection issues so this question was unanswered
- Temporary membership length will be changed to what our grace period is instead of 4 days as was listed in the policy draft
- All further discussions were halted as connection issues prevented the sharing of the document
4. September Beginner Day
- The day will be run as a normal club day with Jason Fields running the day
- All Terrain Action will be there to film
- Nick suggested bringing the flyers that were created for the 2025 Lardner Park Show
- Secretary noted that she will not be in attendance on the day due to a family emergency so Chris will make sure all paperwork is completed
